Little Igloo is an independent home for original jazz, blues, roots rock, and soul. It brings together distinct band projects, each with its own sound and complete records.

The work does not come from a single method. Some releases begin with songs written years ago, home demos, lyrics, fragments, or unfinished recordings. Others start as new ideas developed through collaboration with modern AI tools. Those tools can help explore arrangements, instrumentation, voices, and production, but the process remains iterative: choosing directions, rewriting, editing, rejecting what does not work, and deciding when a collection has become a record.

The point is neither to hide the tools nor to make them the attraction. Little Igloo exists to give human-created material new possibilities, make new work that could not have taken the same form otherwise, and build a catalog with enough character to stand on its music.

Albums are released here first, with full recordings, artwork, credits, and notes kept together in one place. Selected releases are also shared elsewhere for listening and discovery, but this website remains the home of the catalog.
